Each provider at PF&C learned that it is important to utilize an integrative approach and draw from various therapeutic methodologies, including but not limited to, emotion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Some specialities at PF&C includes anger management, attentive/inattentiveness, addictions, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, stress management, play therapy, family therapy, developing coping skills, and stabilizing families/homes. PF&C also have a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator; this means we also specialize in premarital/marital counseling, and couple’s therapy.
