Helping One Individual/Family at a Time

Are you or a family member struggling with depression, anxiety, attention/concentration, managing anger, or anything that consumes one’s thoughts/feelings on a daily basis? PF&C may be able to help with that! We will not present to be experts in your life, but we do understand how unwanted feelings/thoughts can be so consuming that it interferes with daily activities. Each provider at PF&C learned that it is important to utilize an integrative approach and draw from various therapeutic methodologies, including but not limited to, emotion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Some specialities at PF&C includes anger management, attentive/inattentiveness, addictions, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideations, stress management, play therapy, family therapy, developing coping skills, and stabilizing families/homes. PF&C also have a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator; this means we also specialize in premarital/marital counseling, and couple’s therapy.
