PF&C may be able to help with that! We will not present to be experts in your life, but we do understand how unwanted feelings/thoughts can be so consuming that it interferes with daily activities. Each provider at PF&C learned that it is important to utilize an integrative approach and draw from various therapeutic methodologies, including but not limited to, emotion-focused therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. If you choose PF&C, our providers will work to possibly discover/rediscover strengths within oneself and/or your families. We offer flexible scheduling with evening availability, and are committed to utilizing empathy and unconditional positive regard in each session.

When using insurance, please be advised that your copay/deductible is unique with each plan/policy. We complete a coverage report reflecting any copay/deductible amounts and share it with you before being seen in our office.
