Issuing a Subpoena?
Persevering Families & Counseling, LLC operates by appointment only to protect the time and privacy of both our providers and clients. Subpoenas must be properly served during scheduled business hours and with prior notice. Improper or unannounced service will not override existing appointments or therapeutic responsibilities and may result in refusal of compliance.

Returning Missed Calls or Voicemails
As previously mentioned, our practice prioritize the privacy and clinical care of our clients by operating strictly by appointment only. To ensure the quality and integrity of services:
All phone calls (excluding potential new client inquiries) will be returned based on provider availability and will not interrupt scheduled therapy appointments.
If you are an active client calling to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please leave a voicemail or send a text. We will respond via SimplePractice secure chat as soon as your message is received.
Our clinicians do not conduct unscheduled phone consultations and will return calls only during designated availability windows outside of their scheduled appointments.
During summer months and holiday seasons, callback times may be delayed due to clinician vacations and reduced availability.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide focused care to each client during their scheduled time. If you do not wish to receive calls/texts from 833-517-2333, you may opt-out at any time by replying "STOP."
