Purpose of the Event:
This event surrounding Mother's Day aims to honor the unique bond between mothers and daughters by providing a platform for connection, learning, and reflection, all while enjoying an English style tea party. Through etiquette lessons, guided discussions, and shared experiences, participants may cultivate communication skills, deepen their relationship, and celebrate the significance of motherhood while fostering a sense of empowerment and gratitude.

Purchase a ticket for the event:
$50 for a Sole Participant
$100 for Paired Mother/Daughter Participants
We welcome sole participants and pairs who wish to learn about proper etiquette and learn how to nurture the mother-daughter bond. Participants will not enter the event if they do not complete both steps prior to May 4, 2024; there are no refunds after purchase.

Purpose of the Event:
Embarking on the journey of marriage is both exciting and complex, and it's natural to want to ensure that your relationship is built on a solid foundation. Premarital counseling with the SYMBIS assessment is a great tool for couples because it explores your personalities, communication styles, and values. SYMBIS provides invaluable insights into your relationship dynamics and identifies areas of strength and growth. Investing in premarital counseling with SYMBIS is not only a proactive step towards building a healthy and thriving marriage, but it also sets the stage for deeper understanding, connection, and alignment as you prepare to embark on this lifelong journey together.

Here's what to expect AFTER completing this form:
Will receive a welcome email from Simple Practice instructing you to complete intake/consent documents - this email will welcome you to Persevering Families & Counseling
Complete intake/consent documents within 1 week of receiving welcome email.
If using insurance, a coverage report will be shared with you through simple practice based on copay/deductibles specific to the couple. If using self-pay, then a payment plan will be identified based on the days of appointments. All appointments are paid at the time of being serviced.
Will receive an email to complete the SYMBIS assessment within 72 hours after completing all intake/consent documents - SYMBIS is a $35 fee that each participant is responsible for; you cannot participate in the group without this assessment.
Please be mindful, appointments are only rescheduled if the clinician experience an emergency or ALL clients experience an emergency that interferes with their ability to keep the scheduled appointments. All appointments for this group are as follows:
